Loss of a dear friend
It is with great regret that I write to report the passing of a friend of many years. Jennifer Nicole Noles, IRC nicknames sin and nic, died this morning in Vegas. She suffered from Endometriosis. Nic has been a user on GeekShed and it’s predecessor for over 7 years and, in that time, has touched many people with her loving and dynamic personality.
Nic is a great friend to many and will be sorely missed. May she rest in peace. — Update If you wish to chat with others about this, stop in #naughtycloset

I am so so sorry about this.
I only met nic a week or so ago in #chris, she was a very nice and caring person.
My sincere condolences to her family and all her friends.

Even though I write this with a heavy heart,
I must confess that there is a time for everything.
‘A time to be born and a time to die.’
I must also say that I never met Nic anywhere though, but the news is so heart breaking.
My condolences to her family and all friends.
Even in death, your good works are remembered.May your soul rest in perfect peace Nic.

I am sorry to here the loss of nic (a.k.a. sin). My condolences to her family and friends. Though we did not get along and we had some meaningless fights in the various chat rooms (years ago), you still had to have some respect for what she accomplished in her life. From what I know about her, she completed a four year degree in two years and she operated a number of websites and chat rooms.
I also I think she had bouts with cancer which she had coped with, as I can relate since my recent bout with thyroid cancer. So she was basically a good kid, even though we didn’t get along. Rest in peace, Sin, you will be missed.

She was a unique person, just like her friend Gimpi, who she’s probably joking with now. She’ll be missed.

Although I didn’t know Nic that well.. I had spoken to her and knew what she ment to people on GeekShed, My condolences go out to friends and family. You shall be greatly missed, You were a great friend to one and all.

I’m going to miss her. She was one of the people who helped urge me to continue music back when I first started making music. I’ll never forget her. She will be very missed. Words cannot express my sadness at her passing.

Been busy with work and new ventures… I didn’t hear until today.
RIP my friend, hope you and Gimpi are having a few laughs up there. I sure know I will never forget you guys and will always feel not meeting you was a missed chance.
